Hey hey! I’ve finally got to move into my own place! It took me a while to find the perfect home for my photography studio, but I’ve finally found it! The reason it took me so long, is because I had a lot of silly little requests that I wanted:
Because I’m a natural light photographer, a big window was a MUST for me! And you’ll see in these images, it has a nice big window that lets in tons of natural light!
My style is very light, and bright, and I knew I wanted something that was white! So since my studio was built specifically for me, they were totally cool with painting it whatever color I wanted! I think this one is called whitest white and I am living for it.
When you arrive to my studio, there’s an entire parking lot for you to choose a space. I knew I didn’t really want to look downtown because the parking is so difficult. I am the world’s worst parallel parker so I didn’t want anyone to have to deal with that! Also with all the snow we have been having, the sidewalks are always scooped and so is the parking lot, so that has been incredibly nice!
I included a picture of the exterior of the building, but I’ll have to go grab one when it isn’t so muddy and there’s some grass growing! Right now, it just looks like a lot of mud. š
I’ll mainly be using this space for senior portrait consults, wedding consults, and shooting branding photos, but man, it is so nice to have my very own home! Lots of times I’ll just head over there if I need some quiet time or a good thinking space where my dogs can’t be constantly begging for attention. It’s very quiet and zen-like, and I can do my best thinking and planning over there!
Let me know what you think of my new space! I’m super excited to share it with you!
If you like what you see and want it in your life, here are some links to exactly what I bought so you don’t have to look too hard for them! Haha hope I saved you some time!!
Boudoir photography celebrates all the ways your crazy beautiful body has held you up, moved you forward, and turned you into a woman who can get. it. done. Sis, that is something that should make you proud.
