“I have something important to bring to your attention,” Justine said into the microphone. She paused. The room silenced. Their eyes on her. She stood at the front of the room. They were all waiting to see what she would say next. “Gingivitis is an extremely real disease and there are toothbrushes for you to take home with you tonight.” The wedding guests burst into laughter. So hard that their bellies hurt. Justine is a dental hygienist, and her attention to detail really shined at her wedding. From the perfect fresh flower bouquets from Walker’s Flower Shop to their monogrammed stemware to the toothbrush wedding favors that they gave out, it was evident she put her heart into planning every single piece of this day!
Justine and Cole were married in her hometown church in Waubay, South Dakota. They had so many guests attend their wedding that they had to open up additional seating for their guests. Thankfully the air conditioner was working in their church because with nearly four hundred people filling the sanctuary, it could have gotten pretty hot in there quickly! From there they took a party bus to the reception at the Watertown Event Center, which had been beautifully decorated. So many of their engagement pictures lined the room and decorated tables. This always warms my heart as a photographer, because usually their engagement is when we first really start to get to know each other. And here they are on their wedding day now! It is just amazing to see that relationship come full circle!
Cole and Justine opted to do sunset pictures and I am so glad that they did. A couple extra photos on the best day of your life has never hurt anyone, right?! 🙂 Even though I coach my clients through posing, these two hardly even need to be coached! The way that they love each other is so evident. Their chemistry naturally makes them adorable in pictures, and that’s what makes them such a joy to photograph! Hoping that you enjoy a little sneak peek from their wedding day!
Thank you to these vendors who made their wedding day extra special!

Boudoir photography celebrates all the ways your crazy beautiful body has held you up, moved you forward, and turned you into a woman who can get. it. done. Sis, that is something that should make you proud.
