Palisades State Park Engagement Session

Ahhhhhh spring engagement sessions. They’re just my favorite! And these two? They’re what make this Palisades State Park Engagement Session even better! (cue the praise hands emoji!)

You Say “Palisades State Park Engagement Session?” and I say, “Yes please!”

I was so excited that Jordan and Justin came all the way from Arkansas for their engagement pictures, so naturally we had to go to one of the most beautiful state parks in the Sioux Falls area… and that’s Palisades State Park. There are so many beautiful areas to take pictures there. Including a rustic old bridge, gorgeous rock formations, and even a creek where you can fish. Lots of campers take advantage of the area… but so do lots of photographers! Usually I see at least one other photographer out and about while I’m there, but the night of this engagement session it seemed like we were the only ones at the park!

College Sweethearts + Greek Life!

Jordan and Justin met in college, actually the same college I went to! The University of South Dakota (Go Yotes!). They’ve been college sweethearts and have lots of fun Greek life memories together, and I’m sure will play a huge role in their wedding day too! (If you weren’t in Greek Life or aren’t familiar with it, a lot of the time there are songs or events that happen at weddings when one of your Fraternity brothers/Sorority sisters gets married!) Their wedding is going to be in downtown Sioux Falls! A downtown wedding combined with these two and their friends? Count. Me. In. Their fall wedding is going to be a blast!

Thank you guys so much for coming all the way to Sioux Falls for your engagement session! I can’t wait for the wedding!
