Pierre, South Dakota Wedding

We had the best day with Erica and Justin at their wedding in Pierre, South Dakota! They have the sweetest love story, beginning from before they were even born. You see, their mutual family history dates back several decades, and now these two are MARRIED!

Dairy Queen at Your Wedding… Yes Please!

You might notice some fun details in their pictures, ranging from Dairy Queen (YES!) to paper airplanes! Their guests got to enjoy several different flavors of blizzards at their reception, from turtle pecan to cookie dough! And since Justin is a pilot, when the bride and groom exited their reception, the guests threw paper airplanes at them. Talk about creativity!

My favorite thing about this wedding day was that these two seriously never stopped smiling. Usually the photographer has to ask the couple to smile, but not these two! They always looked at each other with wide eyes and it was so evident that they were head-over-heels in love!
