This was the small ounce of wisdom I left with my ECP Seniors at their cap and gown session. Their very last session as an ECP Senior Spokesmodel. I knew this day would come, and that it would be a sad day for me. But I don’t believe in goodbyes, only see you laters. Because friends never truly say goodbye.
These girls have been such a blessing to me in so many ways this last year. From their very first session in a greenhouse in the middle of a parking lot until their final session in their caps and gowns. They trusted me with a brand new senior experience, and so did their parents.
And man, am I glad they did. These last 365 days have been filled with some of the most joyful memories during their sessions and the in between. I know they’ve made friendships to last a lifetime, and I’ve been blessed just to get to know all of these incredible young women. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: These women are going to change the world.
They went home with a final gift from me. An Alex and Ani bracelet with a compass charm. To remind them anytime they see it, to follow their hearts and go confidently in the direction of their dreams. Who knows, they may just go to nursing school and become a photographer someday. 🙂
Boudoir photography celebrates all the ways your crazy beautiful body has held you up, moved you forward, and turned you into a woman who can get. it. done. Sis, that is something that should make you proud.
I’m Emma, a Sioux Falls Boudoir Photographer. Helping people feel their best has always been part of who I am. Before focusing on photography, I worked as a nurse, and now I use that same expert care to help women feel like a million bucks. Oh my gosh, it is the best.
